Cook - Assists with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations, prepares food including cleaning and prepping ingredients, plates prepared foods based on the restaurant's standard, works with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time, washes and cleans the kitchen and cooking utensils and stores the equipment at the end of shift, ensures the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations.

Prep- comples all tasks, in order, on the prep list from the manager, labels and stocks all ingredients in an orderly manner, chopping and sorting ingredients, using blenders and food processors, keeping prep utensils organized,
completing restaurant recipes, cleaning, taking out the trash and sanitizing kitchen

Dish Washer - Prep work, taking garbage and trash to the dumpster, washing dishes, work areas, refrigerators, cooking equipment, walls and floors, assembling, maintaining and breaking down the dish machine

Server - Welcoming and sitting diners comfortably in the dining section, taking customers’ food and drink orders,
collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff for prompt and correct delivery of orders, memorizing the menu and recommend appetizers, meals and drinks, delivering a memorable dining experience by resolving all customer issues promptly, assisting with the tidying of tables, clearing leftovers and keeping the dining area neat and pleasant, setting tables and rearranging the dining area to accommodate larger groups and prepare the restaurant for special events

Server's Assistant - Deliver food orders to customers quickly and accurate, process payment from customers,  uphold sanitation and food safety principle, bus tables by removing dirty dishes and trash, check in with customers to ensure their experience is satisfactory, relay reports of customer satisfaction to the management and relevant parties, ensure patrons have all the appropriate tableware they need to properly enjoy their food, assist setting up tables before service with appropriate utensils, napkins and decorations, handle various requests from customers.

Bartender - Verify identification and age requirements of customers, mix traditional and creative cocktails, process payment from customers, clean bar utensils, make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences, record and balance cash receipts and prepare cash deposits, open and maintain tabs throughout the shift, build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere
