Traditionally, the SC Arts Higher Education Forum has been a one-day event that connects leaders from both K-12 education and Institutes of Higher Education (IHE) in the arts and arts educator preparation. The day provides a unique opportunity to learn about initiatives, policies, and practices from within and beyond our community that may influence and impact arts education in South Carolina. The goal is for participants to engage in dialogue for a collective purpose, that every SC student have equitable access to quality arts education.

As with all other conferences and public gatherings, the forum has been modified to a virtual platform. In a virtual platform, the amount of presentation and topics are not limited to physical space restrictions. Therefore, in addition to our invitational agenda featuring live sessions on Jan 22, 2021, we are accepting proposals for recorded content to provide greater voice and choice in on-demand content.
