Art Lodge Application, JULY 2-4, 2020, 37th Annual Culver Lake Fest
Thank you for your interest in exhibiting your artwork at the Art Lodge of Culver Lake Fest! Please submit this application form online (preferred), OR contact

RULES AND REGULATIONS:
Exhibitors are expected to display their artwork in the Culver Beach Lodge 4 pm - 8 pm on Friday, 9 am - 8 pm on Saturday, and 9 am-3 pm on Sunday.
All items on display must be created by the exhibitor.
All exhibitors must supply their own chairs and displays (such as tables, easels, display boards, lighting, extension cords, etc.), and cause no damage to the walls or other parts of the facility.
The Lake Fest Committee is not/will not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items, equipment, etc. The Lake Fest Committee is not/will not be responsible for accidents.
The Lake Fest Committee reserves the right to reject unsuitable exhibits, and may ask the exhibitor to immediately remove the unsuitable items.
Displays, equipment, and artwork must not present a hazard to the public. The Lake Fest Committee reserves the right to reject anything perceived as hazardous.
Exhibit spaces are assigned early/mid-July. You will receive an email, which will include set-up and take-down procedures and times. If you need to change or trade your assigned space, please seek approval of the Lake Fest Committee first.
