*LIMITED AMOUNT PER SIZING OPTION AVAILABLE. We reserve the right to deny your application for any reason. We will be limiting the number of Vendors with similar or identical merchandise to ensure everyone has the best chance for success. Vendor applications will be handled at a "first come, first serve" basis.

I will send an invoice via PayPal to the email in which you provide below, for the convenience of online payment submission. We also accept payment by cash or check. Checks should be made out to Midland Mall.

Set Up: Friday, December 19th (8pm-10pm) and Saturday, December 20th (8am-10am)
Please be set up in time for the start of the event.
Please use the main doors to enter. There is a set near the food court and a set between Barnes and Noble and Alex's Railside Restaurant. DO NOT USE the Target doors or the employee corridors. 

Official vendor map will be provided by end of day Saturday, December 13th, 2025

VENDOR AGREEMENT:

Employees of MIDLAND MALL will be responsible for coordinating and managing the Santa's Shopping Expo, the details of setup and event management as well as advertising for the event.

Midland Mall and its employees shall not be responsible for any injury or loss that may arise for any vendor or their merchandise at any time while occupying the premises. Midland Mall will provide no insurance. Vendors must pay for their own insurance.

  • Subleasing of tables for the event is not allowed.
  • Vendors are responsible for attending all of the posted dates. If for any reason you are unable to attend all of the posted dates, you must have pre-approval from the Midland Mall.
  • Vendors may not use displays that will physically alter or damage the Mall property.
  • Canopies are not allowed inside of the mall.
  • Spaces will be clearly marked; you must stay inside your allotted space to not impede on other vendors.
  • Your booth space must remain free of clutter during the event hours. You must dispose of all garbage in your space after the event. Failure to do so will result in a clean-up fee.
  • All tables, chairs, and tablecloths provided by the Midland Mall must remain at your booth during and after the event. An additional invoice will follow immediately after the event weekend for any missing tables, chairs, or tablecloths from your booth space. 
Failure to abide by said rules will result in an automatic denial for future events. 
The undersigned hereby makes a reservation for a reserved spot during the Santa's Shopping Expo. The fee for a space is dependent on the size of your booth. That will be the total event fee for the two-day market, not a per day charge. YOU WILL RECIEVE AN INVOICE WITHIN ONE WEEK OF SUBMITTING YOUR REGISTRATION FORM. YOU MUST PAY WITHIN 48 HOURS UPON REVIEVING INVOICE VIA PAYPAL IN ORDER TO HAVE YOUR SPACE HELD.

CANCELATION POLICY:

Reserving a spot at the event is non-refundable, please contact Sarah at (989) 832 -9060 or midlandmall-events@jrdice.com for any issues. If the Mall is unable to open for unforeseen issues at the time of the event, we will apply all payments made to a future event.
