Our festival benefits from a culturally curious Seattle audience that has grown every year since 2011. For the past 3 years we have welcomed over 4,000 attendees throughout the day. We do not charge attendees, in the hopes that they will spend their money ON YOUR BOOKS. The look and feel of our festival stands out because we think of it as a year round art project that we create in collaboration with our exhibitors, special guests, and attendees. Our diligence in raising funds and receiving grants helps to offset the price of tables, which we keep low so that you can make more money. We have not raised table prices for the past 3 years.

If you proceed, you accept that not everyone who applies will get into the festival due to space limitation, tight curation, and a commitment to showcasing a number of first-time tablers. If you don't get in this year, please don't let this discourage you from applying again in 2020. Each year, we seek a broad range of styles and craft.

This is a book festival, so be prepared to demonstrate that your table space will feature at least 75% books. Your prints, t-shirts, original drawings, pins, buttons, etc.. are welcome, but should take up 25% or less of your merchandise.
