I am pleased to welcome you to apply to be on staff for Magic's 30th Anniversary kickoff celebration, Magic 30 in Las Vegas, Nevada!

Set-Up
Thursday, October 27th: 9:00 a.m. - Compleat

Show Hours
Friday, October 28: 12:30 p.m. – Midnight
Saturday, October 29: 9:30 a.m.– Midnight
Sunday, October 30: 9:30 a.m.– 7:00 p.m.

All hours subject to change .
Compensation
All staff members will receive a full weekend badge for Magic 30, a Magic 30 swag package and other event-specific gifts in addition to:

Floor Judge: $200/day

Scorekeeper/Prize Wall/Registration: $250/day

Lead: $300/day

Setup: $200

Teardown ONLY: $175
Hotel Rooms and Travel Sponsorship
Hotel for this event will be provided. You should expect to have at least one other staff member as a roommate in your hotel room. Details forthcoming.

There is also opportunity at this event for a number of staff members to apply for travel assistance. This is not a judgement of you as a person nor really of your skills. This sponsorship is to facilitate the unique needs of this event and to help get folks to the event.
Levels of Sponsorships
All sponsorships will be paid via PayPal 4 weeks before the event in order to help book travel.

Bronze: 150$ travel stipend

Silver: 300$ travel stipend

Gold: Flight to the event OR 600$ travel stipend. The decision for this option will be Pastimes choice taking into account information provided and overall cost.

Pastimes is not responsible for any fees or currency conversions associated with this payment.
Staff Education and Relaxation
Friday morning before the hall opens to the public there will be a conference to help prepare staff for the weekend. Additionally this is to give the staff a chance to meet each other, and event leadership. This is not mandatory but is HIGHLY encouraged. More details to follow.

Sunday night after the event has wrapped up there will be a staff party and all are invited! Games, food, and awards to celebrate being a part of Magic's history.
