We welcome you back to the event that put us on the map, full pun intended! "The Art Crawl Bay Shore" is coming back to Main Street, bigger and better. We have partnered with A.L.I. (Attitude Long Island) a new non-profit organization that is focusing on leading the revitalization of Bay Shore through the Arts & Culture.


STATEMENT FROM COLORED COLORS REGARDING 2023 PROGRAMS

DUE TO THE EXTREME WEATHER FOR OUR ORIGINAL WEEKEND THE EVENT HAS CHANGED TO SUNDAY MAY 21ST AND WE HAVE SOME NEW AVAILABILITY FOR BOTH TABLE AND TENT SPACES. 

PLEASE NOTE THAT TABLE SPACES ARE FOR ARTISTS, ARTISANS OR MAKERS ONLY. 
TENT SPACES ARE SET UP EXCLUSIVELY SET-UP AT ZEST AND ALL ARE WELCOMED TO APPLY. 

SPACE IS LIMITED SO ALL RECEIVED APPLICATIONS WILL BE FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE.

EVENT WILL TAKE PLACE THROUGHOUT DIFFERENT BUSINESSES, BARS & RESTAURANTS ON MAIN STREET. ARTISTS, ARTISANS AND MAKERS THAT ARE ACCEPTED WILL BE PLACED IN DIFFERENT LOCATIONS - ALL TENT SPACES ARE SET-UP AT ZEST RESTAURANT.  

WE HAVE 27 LOCATIONS PARTICIPATING IN THIS YEARS ART CRAWL

TYPE OF EVENT: "The Art Crawl Bay Shore" makes its return after 4 years! This event is focused on bringing artists, artisan, makers, musicians, poets and creatives to different venues all throughout Bay Shore Main Street on May 21st. Participants will be placed in different locations throughout Bay Shore Main Street. Patrons of the event will be able to check in at a CENTRAL HUB location (The Agency) to pick up their Art Crawl map and they will be encouraged to visit all the locations on the crawl as each participating business will feature some sort of special. Selected venues will also have scheduled performances throughout the day for patrons of the event to enjoy. We look forward to a great ART CRAWL!

TICKET TYPE: EVENT WILL BE FREE TO THE PUBLIC

SPACE AVAILABILITY:  The event is open to ARTISTS, ARTISANS, AND MAKERS. 
IF YOU ARE ANOTHER TYPE OF VENDOR YOU WILL HAVE TO APPLY FOR A TENT SPACE. 

TABLE SET-UP:  All vendors will be receiving a 4ft x 6ft space which will allow for a table of 6FT in length at its maximum. This space can be shared with another vendor if needed.  TABLES ARE NOT PROVIDED. 

TENT SET-UP: All tent vendors will receive a 10ft x 10ft space. They will exclusively be set-up at the Art Market at Zest Restaurant.

PRICING FOR TABLE SPACES - $90
(Visual Artists, Photography, Ceramics, Stickers and Crotchet Items. Jewelry vendors will be considered after a review of their instagram or Etsy page -  not all will be accepted)

PRICING FOR TENT SPACES - $120 (all are welcomed to apply - not all applications will be accepted)

What do I receive with my vendor fee? 
 
Our pricing includes personal recap photos, flyers for promotional purposes, personalized commemorative lanyards and cross-promotion on our socials. 

Vendor fees can be completed after receiving a confirmation email. Until the vendor fee is completed your space will not be guaranteed or held. Please be mindful that we do not hold spaces.

PAYMENT OPTIONS: We will only be accepting Venmo or Zelle. To protect our business we will not be able to accept any additional type of payment during the 2023 calendar year.


You will receive a confirmation email and link to upload your marketing information once the payment is completed. This email will be coming from our events@coloredcolors.com email.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

Colored Colors is not liable or responsible for any accidents or incidents that occur while vendors or patrons are within limits of the event. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged goods. 

In addition each vendor holds responsibility and liability for their own products.

Colored Colors is not responsible for any sales that the vendor must make. We do not take any commission of your sales after the vendor fee is paid.  We take responsibility in marketing this event through all our socials, community partners and within event outlets throughout our community. 

In the event of a proven accident, riot, strike, epidemic, and forces of nature or any other legitimate condition or occurrence beyond the respective control, the event will be postponed. 

In the event an event is FULLY cancelled by Colored Colors, the contract is null and void (no longer valid) and vendors will receive a full refund. 

REFUND POLICY: EVENT IS HOLDING A RAIN DATE WHICH WILL ONLY BE ACTIVATED WITH INCLEMENT WEATHER. NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED UNLESS FULL CANCELLATION OF THE EVENT. THIS DECISION WILL BE MADE BY COLORED COLORS & PARTNERING ORGANIZATIONS. 

To protect our business the following Refund Policies are put into place starting January 1st 2023. 
There are NO REFUNDS FOR ANY TYPE OF CANCELLATIONS. In the event of a cancellation, you will have the option to receive 50% of your paid vendor fee to be used as a credit for another event.
