2nd - 5th Grade Virtual Learning Application
Seguin ISD has always believed that the best learning option for our students has been, and will continue to be, at-school, face-to-face with our classroom teachers.  The advantages of at-school learning are tremendous in regards to academic performance and the social/emotional growth and well-being of our students.

Seguin ISD will offer virtual learning services beginning March 21, 2022. Virtual learning is available to elementary students in grades 2nd - 5th that have shown success while learning remotely during the 2020 - 2021 school year. Parents or guardians may use this form to document their situation and request virtual learning only for those students in grades 2nd - 5th.

Seguin ISD's "open enrollment" for the virtual learning option will end on March 11, 2022 and acceptance notification will be sent out by March 21, 2022.  Only those students who have been approved to continue virtual learning will be allowed to do so.   Students that begin virtual learning in November will not be able to transition to in-person learning until the beginning of the Spring semester if it is approved by a campus administrator.  A campus administrator may request that the student transition to at-school, face-to-face learning for attendance, lack of engagement or failing grades.

Upon submission of this form, Seguin ISD will contact the family to determine the most appropriate educational setting for their student.

A separate form must be completed for each student.

*Not all students will qualify and be accepted*
