Frame Comics Art Festival annual competition for the best short comics up to 10 pages on topic The Art of Hate. The call for the short comics is open until 15 of September 2019. After this date, the jury from Centrála and No Ordinary Heroes will choose the comics for the anthology The Art of Hate. All authors, whose work was selected for publication, will be contacted by email. The winners of the competition will be announced on the Frame Prague Comics Art Festival, 2nd of November 2019 in Municipal Library.
