Patrick L. Doyle Scholarship 2024
In 1988, The Key Foundation Inc., a registered Massachusetts non-profit corporation, established The Patrick L. Doyle Scholarship to help youth members attend the National Order of the Arrow Conference. The purpose of this scholarship is to help provide the NOAC experience to youth who demonstrate financial need, show dedication to the founding youth leadership principles of the OA program, and commitment to improving the lodge program. 

Since that time, hundreds of have had the support of this scholarship to attend a National Order of the Arrow Conference.

Purpose
The Patrick L. Doyle NOAC Scholarship is the oldest program of The Key Foundation Inc. TKF was founded by former Order of the Arrow Officers and Leaders. Then, as now, they recognized the impact of the National OA Conference on the development of the Lodge as well as individual Arrowmen. At the National Conference, youth are exposed to the breadth of the Order as well as the opportunity to see the best Lodges in the nation. NOAC provides a rare and exceptional opportunity to improve the Lodge Program and its leaders.
Eligibility
All youth Arrowmen, 18 and under, during the 2024 National Conference are eligible.
Letters of Recommendation
IN ADDITION TO FILLING OUT THIS PAGE, EACH ARROWMAN MUST E-MAIL TWO LETTERS OF RECOMMENDATION TO THE COMMITTEE (moses23williams@gmail.com) TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS SCHOLARSHIP. YOUR APPLICATION WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED UNLESS BOTH LETTERS ARE RECEIVED BY THE APPLICATION DEADLINE. One letter comes from your Lodge or Chapter Adviser, and the other from your parent or legal guardian.
