Post-Survey for Marti Home Learning Resources
Thank you for filling out this survey after using the Marti home learning sessions. We hope that you and your child enjoyed them. The first five questions in this survey are intended to be done with your child after you have read the Marti book together. They should only take you five minutes to do together. These questions will help us to understand how your child's view of sharks and their knowledge of science have changed since the beginning of the sessions. The last few questions are about you and your child(ren) and will help us understand who is using our resources and why. There is also a chance at the end for you to share any feedback you may have. Your feedback is important as it helps us to improve our resources.
