Understanding the Science of Radiotherapy
This survey aims to find out more about you and your radiotherapy experience. This covers your education
level (including science), your own experience of radiotherapy and if and how you looked for information on radiotherapy before, during or after your treatment. It also asks how, what and why you would like to learn about the science of radiotherapy.

The results of the survey will be used to develop accurate and accessible resources explaining the science behind radiotherapy treatment.

Disclaimer - any information that you share in this questionnaire will only be used for Dr Kristina Small's research into radiotherapy education with Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation. Your responses will not be shared with any third parties. Data will be stored securely and then deleted after one year.
