Oxbridge Brainhack 2019 Application
Thank you for applying to come to the Oxbridge Brainhack 2019 on 14-16 October 2019! We're very excited to work with you in Cambridge, but we're worried that we might need to balance the number of participants from each university. Rather than run a first-come-first-served selection process, this form is your application to enter a lottery.

Applications are now open and close on October 19th, 2019. If there are fewer applications than spaces at our venue then we are all set:) Everyone will be allocated a place at the Brainhack. If there are more applications than we can accept we will have to balance the applications between Oxford, Cambridge and other universities. The organising committee will meet to review the applications, and we will let you know the outcome by October 20th, 2019. If your application is selected you will be sent a private link to register for the Brainhack for the fee of £30.

We are in the process of acquiring money to support travel. However, we cannot currently guarantee that we will be able to offer any support. If you require a travel grant, please indicate this in the application form and we will contact you should we be able to support your application.

If you have any questions, you can reach out to the event organisers, Lena Dorfschmidt and Jakub Vohryzek at oxbridgebrainhack@gmail.com. If in doubt, apply!
