HDC Dance Sampler Registration
Use this form to register for HDC's FREE sampler classes. Just fill it out once per student and check all the classes you'd like to attend. Wear clothing you can move in. No special footwear required. Thanks and look forward to dancing with you!

I recognize that dance requires physical exertion that may be strenuous at times and may cause physical injury. I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved and I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to my or my child's participation in classes.
