Versatile Cold Atoms: From Fundamental Physics to Applications
The MoSaiQC Closing Symposium entitled  Versatile Cold Atoms: From Fundamental Physics to Applications takes place at the University of Birmingham (UoB) on Wednesday January 17 and Thursday January 18, 2024. This symposium is organised in light of the MoSaiQC project (www.mosaiqc.eu).

Registration is free of charge and includes lunches on both days, the conference dinner on Wednesday and the excursion on Thursday. Seats are limited to 50 people maximum (with priority for MoSaiQC ESRs and beneficiaries). After 50 registered participants, we will keep a waiting list. We kindly ask that, once registered, you attend the symposium. If you need to cancel your registration, please inform us by email on i.brouwer@uva.nl, such that we can fill your seat with somebody from the waiting list. 

Please note that registration does not include a hotel reservation. We advise you to stay at the Edgbaston Park Hotel (https://www.edgbastonparkhotel.com/) which is located directly at the UoB campus.

Program
The final program is currently under construction and will be communicated closer to the date. On Wednesday January 17 the program will consist of scientific lectures, a poster session, and a conference dinner. On Thursday January 18 there will be scientific lectures in the morning, followed by an excursion. 

Additionally, there will be a company visit to British Telecom on Tuesday January 16 and a MoSaiQC Consortium Meeting on Friday January 19. These two items are only open to MoSaiQC ESRs and MoSaiQC beneficiaries.
