TRANSFERS Catania Airport Sicily>Villa return are scheduled in grouped vans to coincide with 4pm check in time: Check-in day van departure time, airport to villa: 2pm –your flight must arrive latest 1pm! Check-out day van departure time, villa to airport: 10am –your flight must depart no earlier than 3pm! Outside of these times, a private taxi will be charged additionally. THE RETREAT starts at 5pm, Sunday 15 Sept, 2024 at the villa, with welcome refreshments and the first scheduled yoga practice at 6pm. The retreat ends Sunday, 22 September at 10am. If cancellation occurs 120 days prior to the retreat start date, a full refund will be honoured, excluding the deposit. At 60 days we honour 50% refund of any monies paid (excluding the deposit). At 30 days, we honour 25% refund. Cancellations at less than 30 days before the retreat start date, will forfeit all monies paid. Please ensure your travel insurance covers all types of cancellations, so that any possible claims are compensated. INSURANCE, DOCUMENTS, IMMUNISATION: All participants are required to purchase travel insurance and we recommend that it includes cancellation of any type for lowest possible risk of loss.
