School Parent Consent
The form below lists all current extra-curricular activities at Lamar School. Pursuant to Public Chapter No. 252, a minor student may not join or participate in a school club or organization UNLESS the student’s parent or guardian provides dated, written consent to the student’s membership or participation. By  putting a check next to an activity, you consent to your child's participation. Even if your student does not participate at this time, this covers the entirety of the 2023-24 school year in case their thoughts or interests should change. For example, your student might not be in chorus, but after the first performance, they want to try. By checking the box now, you do not have to give consent again later in the year and delay the process.
