Scholastic Book Fair volunteers
Want to volunteer for our Scholastic Book Fair at Daybreak Schools (DBP & DBM) next month?  We would love to have your help!  The book fair will run May 2-5th (only 4 days).  You can sign up for the days and time shifts that you have availability, and we will contact you about which shifts are needed in order to make sure we have volunteers for all of our shifts throughout the week.  Last year, we had more coverage for some shifts than others.  We will confirm at that time.

All volunteers need to (1) complete the BGPS ONLINE VOLUNTEER APPLICATION (if you've already done this within the last two years, you might not need to)

(2) Bring your valid photo identification to Daybreak Primary or Middle school for verification. Your identification must be turned in BEFORE your application can be processed.  Once all documents are turned in, it takes 7-10 business days for clearance.  Your application is good for 2 years.  You can check with either secretary keith.susan@battlegroundps.org or hoffman.nicole@battlegroundps.org) to make sure your application is current.  Deadline is Wednesday, April 26th.

Volunteers are needed for the following shifts:
** Set up fair: Monday, May 1st @ 12:00-3:00pm (help unpacking and displaying books and book fair items)
** Work the fair (cashier, help students with counting their change & finding books, straightening books, etc.):
Tuesday through Friday shifts: 8:30-10:30am, 10:30-12:30pm, 12:30-2:30pm, 2:30-4:15pm
Thursday evening shift 4:45pm-6:30pm
** Tear down fair: Monday, May 8th @ 9:30-11:00am
