Available KCMMT Awards

Equipment Grants (2) - $250
Two applicants will be selected to receive a $250 award for the purposes of purchasing equipment to support professional or academic music therapy services.

Internship Assistance (2) - $400
Two current or pre-interns will be selected to receive a $400 award for the purposes of supporting students pursuing a music therapy internship.

Professional AMTA Membership (1) - $250
One current professional will receive this award to pay 2021 professional membership dues for AMTA.

Students AMTA Membership (1) - $95
One current student will receive this award to pay 2021 student membership dues for AMTA.

Application, Deadline, and Announcement Details

Applicants may apply to multiple awards, but applications must be submitted separately. Submissions are due by 6 pm (CST) on Friday, September 11th, 2020. Recipients will be announced on Sunday, September 27th, 2020 at the KCMMT Membership Drive Event. Applicants will be notified in advance of their award status and if selected, are not required to be physically present at the Membership Drive Event. Submissions will be reviewed and selected by the KCMMT Honor's Committee.
