Wellgosh Trading Manager - Job Application
We are looking for a Trading Manager to join our team. In this role you will be working alongside our Ecommerce and Buying team to ensure a clear trading plan is coordinated and executed for the financial year.  


*Contract type - Full Time

*Location - Leicester/Remote Working

 

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

 - Working with the buying and merchandising teams to ensure that a clear trading plan is coordinated and executed for the financial year.
 - Working closely with the senior teams to ensure that the marketing calendar is aligned with key trading periods.
 - Full responsibility of web sales forecasting and phasing for the year.
 - Full responsibility of stock placement on the website including time to site, merchandising and co-ordinating priorities with the photography and copywriting team.
 - Working with Performance Optimisation Manager to implement best in class Multi-Channel customer acquisition techniques for the market, and that the correct stock with good GP% is pushed.
 - Ensuring constant analysis of key website metrics including visitor numbers, get to product, add to basket, checkout completion and conversion rates. This includes all elements of the experience: search, navigation, photography, copy and mobile.
 - Account management for all onsite tools that will help drive conversions including product recommendations,
payment providers and testing platforms.
 - Coordinating key content updates on the homepage and platforms.
 - Develop automated reporting and pick up any additional requests from the senior management team that could aid business growth.
 
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

 - Excellent Communication and organisational skills
 - Conscientious, organised and thorough with a drive to constantly improve ways of working
 - Proven experience in an Ecommerce position
 - Analytical skills are essential
 - Strong attention to detail
 - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 - Team management experience, ability to manage, delegate and support teams with varied skill sets in multiple disciplines.
 - Experience of planning and prioritizing their own time effectively, aware of their responsibilities and committed to delivering these efficiently
