For both girls and boys! 
Ages 6-9   Mon-Thurs   1-3:30pm $160.
Ages 10-teen   Mon-Thurs    4-6:30pm $160.
Ages 3-5   Sat   10am-12pm $90. (creative movement)

I freely assume this risk. I will inform the director of any new injury before dance class begins. I understand that photos or videos may be taken during the dance camp and used for promotional purposes. I understand that dance teachers are only responsible for students during the dance camp time and that it is the student's guardian's responsibility to care for the student outside of this time. I agree to release and hold harmless the Cultural Division and all dance teachers from any cause of action, claim, or demand now or in the future. *
