AYSO Region 870 - Play Up or Play Down Request

For any players requesting to Play Up or Play Down, the request must be completed in full before the first game day of the fall season or if they did not play fall season, then before the first game day of spring season. Please review the Playing Up or Playing Down Policy prior to completing this form to make sure your player meets all the requirements.

The Regional Commissioner will verify the information submitted in this form and if it meets the AYSO Region 870 Policy (in addition to the AYSO National Policy), it will be submitted to the AYSO Region 870 Board for approval. In some instances, additional information may be requested so please use a valid email address that is checked regularly. A formal player evaluation (on the field) may also be necessary.

Reminder that no approval will be given for players requesting to move from 11U to 13U due to the heading policy. A new request to Play Up or Play Down must be submitted each year.
