Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at PAWlooza 2024 held at TriBoro Sportsman Club in Northampton, PA. The event is August 24th, 2024. The event will officially run from 2 PM to 7 PM. Vendor spots are outside. You must bring your own tables, chairs and tent (if you desire to bring one) and tent weights.
**NEW FOR 2024** We are limiting vendors of the same type for most types of vendors who sell the majority of one type of product. For instance, those who sell mostly tumblers would be limited. Those who sell a few tumblers but also a number of other products would not count towards the limit. You must list the products that you sell in the form below for us review. We want our vendors to have a chance to do well and we hope you find this change positive. We reserve the right to change this stipulation at any time. Companies that allow only one vendor per company at an event are accepted on a first come, first serve basis.
After you fill out the form, if approved, we will send you an invoice via Paypal from our official Paypal account and e-mail - contact@scootsforsnoots.
You are not confirmed until your invoice is paid. There are no refunds - this is a rain or shine event! Please note that this could take up to 5 business days to review and approve. We will also e-mail you so you are aware the invoice is coming.
**General Vendor Spaces are $25.00 each 10' x 10' space and also requires a basket raffle donation of $15 or more in value.
** Food and Alcohol Vendor Spaces are $50 each for a 12' x 12' space or 1 food truck and there are limited spots available. A raffle item donation of $25 is also requested. More information will be sent on requirements (insurance, license, etc.) for these types of spots upon registration.
** Nonprofit 501(c)(3) Spaces are free. Raffle donations are not required for nonprofits.
