How are you changing your approach to accurately test for those factors in a virtual interview? *
It is believed that virtual interviews and lack of clinical rotation opportunities will just exacerbate any disadvantage an applicant might already have (or perceive themselves to have). What, if anything, are you doing to counteract that effect? *
What do you look for in terms of "best practices" during a videoconference interview? How does that medium differ, if at all, from an in-person interview? *
