DrachenFest 2024 Auf- und Abbau / construction & deconstruction

vielen Dank, dass du beim Auf- und/oder Abbau 2024 mitwirken willst. Jeder von euch, ob neu oder alt, ist eine große Bereicherung für das Team! Freu dich auf eine tolle Gemeinschaft und harte, aber befriedigende Arbeitstage gemeinsam auf dem Quast.

Mit diesem Formular meldest du dich offiziell zum DrachenFest Auf- und/oder Abbau 2024 an.

Bitte beachte, dass wir eine Altersgrenze gezogen haben. Diese liegt bei 16 Jahren in Begleitung der Eltern, bzw. eines Erziehungsberechtigten.

Hier noch ein paar Informationen vorab:
- das DrachenFest 2024 findet vom 23.07 -28.07.2024 auf dem Quast in Diemelstadt statt , wir starten mit dem Aufbau ab Montag dem 15.07.2024 
- Du wirst mit Essen und alkoholfreien Getränken an den Tagen versorgt, an denen du beim Aufbau und/oder Abbau hilfst.
- Du benötigst festes Schuhwerk, wetterfeste Kleidung und Arbeitshandschuhe für die meisten Arbeiten. Bereite dich auf  "ALLE" Wetterlagen vor. Wenn du persönliche Schutzausrüstung  hast, bringe sie mit.

Here is some information in advance:
- the DrachenFest 2024 will take place from 23.07 -28.07.2024, we start with the construction from Monday the 15.07. 
- You will be provided with food and non-alcoholic beverages on the days you help assemble and/ or disassemble.
- You will need sturdy shoes, weatherproof clothing and work gloves for most of the work. Be prepared for "ALL" weather conditions. If you have personal protective equipment, bring it.

Please keep in mind that we mean only the days you are actually working on the construction or deconstruction of the city Aldradach. Arrival or departure will be considered a working day only if you work for 5 hours or more 
on that day. Again, there will we coupons  for helping with the deconstruction.

Anmerkungen zur Anmeldung

- Bitte melde dich rechtzeitig ab, falls du es aus irgendwelchen Gründen im Nachhinein doch nicht zum
  Aufbau/Abbau schaffst bzw. zu einem anderen Zeitpunkt an bzw. abreist. 
- Unentschuldigtes Fehlen hat zur Folge, dass man für das nächste Jahr zum Aufbau/Abbau gesperrt wird. 
- Nach negativen Erfahrungen weisen wir darauf hin, dass bei Nicht-Erbringung der Arbeitsleistung kein Anspruch
  auf  das zu erarbeitende Ticket besteht. 
- Sei dir bewusst, dass der Auf- und Abbau einen gewissen Arbeitseinsatz im Rahmen deiner Möglichkeiten über
  mehrere Tage bedeutet. 
- Bis Freitag den 12.07.24 müssen alle Unstimmigkeiten bezüglich Tickets geklärt sein. Beanstandungen danach können nicht mehr berücksichtigt werden.
- Mindestalter ist 16 Jahre!

- Please tell us as soon as possible should you are not make it to the construction or deconstruction or if your arrival will be delayed for any reason.
- There are only a limited number of spaces due to the cooking plan and it would be a shame if you take the place away for someone who could have made it. If you fail to inform us on time we will consider blocking your registration for next year. -- Furthermore, due to bad experiences in past years, we reserve the right to cancel your ticket if you are not fulfilling the agreed amount of work.
- Please be aware that the work on site is requiring quite a bit of commitment from you over several days. Nonetheless, the reward will be working and having a great time together, as well as a ticket for the DrachenFest.
- All discrepancies regarding tickets must be resolved by Friday 12.07.24. Complaints after this date can no longer be considered
- Don't forget, you have to be at least16!* *(only with a parent or legal guardian)

Zur allgemeinen Sicherheit ist es Pflicht,  bei körperlichen Tätigkeiten aller Art festes Schuhwerk (im Idealfall Arbeitsschuhe [S1] oder Wanderschuhe) zu tragen. Chucks gehören nicht dazu! Das tragen von Arbeitshandschuhen wird empfohlen. Das Orga - Team des Bauteams behält sich das Recht vor, Leute von bestimmten Tätigkeiten auszuschließen, sollten Bedenken wegen ungeeigneter Kleidung und / oder Befähigung bestehen. For general safety, it is mandatory to wear sturdy footwear (ideally work shoes [S1] or hiking boots) during physical activities of all kinds. Sneakers and Chucks are not allowed!
The wearing of work gloves is recommended.
The construction Orga - Team reserves the right to exclude people from certain activities, should there be concerns about unsuitable clothing and/or ability.
