Certainly Uncertain
Some things in life are uncertain, no matter how much or how well we prepare. Learning how to cope with periods of uncertainty can make it easier to handle, and help you make the most of the waiting.

Join the Student Wellbeing Office, Center for Career Development, and the Office of Academic Advising for Certainly Uncertain, a discussion of mental health and coping strategies to deal with uncertainty in our personal, academic, and professional lives. We'll talk about control, the waiting period, backup plans, and more, all to help you take both predictable and unpredictable uncertainties in stride.

Confirmation and Location will be sent prior to training.

If you have any questions, please contact the center at wellbeing@rice.edu or 713-348-3311 during business hours.
