Thank you for your interest in our mentoring program "Level Up!". In order to be considered for one of our 12 seats on the program, please fill out our application form. Applicantions will be processed on a rolling basis. We will close this form as soon as all spots are taken, latest on May 31, 2023.

The participants for the next edition are selected based on the following criteria:

- fit to our target group, diversity of the group,
- proven track record of continuous learning,
- first experience/basic understanding of the role of a product manager and
- passion for product management and motivation for this high-paced program.

That is why we highly encourage you to send in a video answer to the questions below or to write more than just one or two sentences when answering the questions :) Among all qualified applicants, we are going to give precedence to female applicants in order to foster diversity in tech.

We will let you know in a few weeks whether you have been selected for the program.
