AB 685 requires that employers notify employees of possible exposure to COVID-19 and report workplace outbreaks to the local health department.

Solano County will be using the Shared Portal for Outbreak Tracking to report workplace outbreaks.  Non-healthcare employers can  follow this link to report three or more cases of COVID-19 at a workplace within a 14-day period. This information should be submitted within 48 hours.  You can find a link to step-by-step reporting procedures below
