Cricket Wales Regional Programme Nomination Form (Summer 2021)
Please complete the below form to nominate a player for any of Cricket Wales North, South, East or West regions.

NOTE 1: This form is only for players that are NOT currently involved in the programme.

NOTE 2: You do not need to nominate the same player more than once over the course of a summer.

NOTE 3: All nominations (with the exception of U9 boys and girls nominations) should be submitted during, or retrospectively shortly after a match performance.
