Once registered for class you will be sent an invoice and a waiver to sign. Payment and waivers must be submitted before the first class. Zoom links are sent out weekly before class begins.

Class Description:
In this hybrid group class, we will expand, strengthen, and refine your body's movement capabilities based on By popular demand, the next 5-week series will be focused on the hips! Our goal will be to develop motor control and efficient movement patterns in order to harness the power of the pelvis.
Learning some basic anatomy will help you feel into how the hip works, and from there you will be guided to engage specific muscles at a certain time so the whole joint can integrate as smoothly as possible into your movement. After that, we'll put the hips to use as they relate to the whole body!
For this series, the following equipment is recommended, but not required:
-yoga mat
-mini loop resistance band
-small lightweight ball or pillow, about the size of a kids soccer ball
**if you are taking class in-person, we have bands and balls for you to use
