Is there a vendor fee? Typically due to our size, we do not entertain vendor fees larger than $50 or 10% of sales.
Is there access to power or do we need to plan to bring our mini generator?
How is the event being promoted?
Cotton candy can not be produced in high heat/humidity. What is the cancellation policy in case of rain or intolerable weather? Is the vendor fee refundable?
Do you require an early load-in? Typically we like to roll in 30 min prior to the event start.
For unqualified events, we do require a guaranteed minimum of $250-300 for events 1-4hrs. Therefore if our sales do not total at least the minimum, the client/host are responsible for covering the remainder. Please notate below if this is a non-starter for you.
