Fox C-6 Summer School Chromebook Request

This form needs to be filled out if a student entering 9-12 summer school program needs a school-provided chromebook. Fox C-6 students who are entering 9th grade AND are enrolled in high school summer school are eligible to receive their high school Chromebook during summer school
