  • benefitting specific health condition
  • specific public health initiative 
  • innovation in healthcare delivery

An individual who has continually given outstanding support or service to NMSNA, school nursing or school health services in New Mexico (may be a nurse, health assistant, provider or other individual)

OR

A retired nurse with significant achievements in school health
