Hockey Registration Form - 2021 Season
If your child(ren) is/are interested in playing hockey this upcoming season, please complete the form below and submit by 09 April 2021.

The season will be starting on
Fri, 14 May for Intermediate grade (years 7-8),
Sat, 15 May for Mini & Maxi grades (years 3-6).
Sat, 29 May for Funsticks (year 1-2).

As in all other team sports, we would like to ask those parents who are able to coach and/or manage a team to please step forward. This is a very rewarding role to fill and a great opportunity to create lasting memories.
Unfortunately, without parent help we won't be able to enter a team.

The costs for your child to play this year are:
Intermediate (11 aside) - $105 per player playing on full turf
Maxis  -      $80.00 per player playing on half turf
Minis   -      $70.00 per player playing on ¼ turf
Funsticks - $55.00 per player

Fees include all affiliation fees, umpire fees, game fees, trophies, balls & uniform.
Payment must be made before uniforms are allocated. Children will require their own navy blue shorts, mouth guards, hockey stick and shin pads.
