We welcome presentations from a variety of career development perspectives! If your topic does not fit one of the topic areas below, please choose Other, and tell us about it in the program description. *

Internal career growth - Strategies for career advancement or career change while remaining within the same company/organization.

Career development in a global labor market - strategies for career growth or transition in a time of remote work and a global work force.

Innovative career development programs, research projects, and activities that address (and/or have been successfully implemented in a variety of settings with) diverse populations.

Innovative and effective strategies for meeting the career development needs of people across the life span, especially people from population groups that are underrepresented in the professional literature, servicers, and training (immigrants, people of color, women, sexual minorities, people with disabilities, limited income, etc.)
