Transcript Request Form (for Graduates)
Complete this form if you wish us to send a school transcript directly to an institution or a university. The UAC will not send references for transfer applicants. We are happy to send your transcript, but your references will have to come from the current institution where you are studying.

Please note that transcripts are sent by normal post and that it may take 4 weeks for your transcript to reach the institution. We can send your transcript via DHL express, but you must pay for this extra charge in advance.  

You must complete this form for each transcript that you wish us to send.

After you submit this form, please email uacdover@uwcsea.edu.sg to confirm that we have received your request.

If an institution wants your final IB results, then you must contact the IBO directly.  Here is the IBO website which has instructions on how to have your IB results sent to an institution.
