What is your availability to meet with a certified trainer. We understand your schedule may change week to week. You may be traveling, kids sports etc. In general when can you meet?
Small group training sessions included with this program take place on Sunday evenings at 5PM and Wednesday evenings at 6:15PM. We have found that participants who can attend the majority of these workouts through this twelve week program have been the most successful. Do these days and times typically work for you to meet?
