COMMERCIAL VENDOR APPLICATION
Applications for vendor space inside Glenwood and around the fair grounds. Indoor spaces are 10' x 10', outdoor spaces are 10' x 20' frontage. 
Booth locations will be assigned by the ADFF. 
Applications will be reviewed and confirmation will be emailed out to accepted vendors with payment instructions.

Outdoor spaces will have power made available. Vendors are responsible for their own equipment. Fair is open to the public Thursday 5pm - 11pm, Friday 3pm - 11pm, Saturday 8am - 11pm, Sunday 8am - 5pm. *

DISPLAYS MUST BE MANNED AT ALL TIMES. The ADFF is not responsible for security at your booth while fair is open to the public. *

Any draw or raffle is subject to the approval of the ADFF, they must be of a minor nature under $500 unless written approval has been obtained. All draws will be made Sunday afternoon at 3pm by a designate of the Fall Fair.  *

Three admittance passes for each of Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday for each booth will be provided. Additional passes may be purchased at the time of setup. Setup instructions and pass pickup instructions will be sent a week prior to fair.  *

All vehicles must be off the grounds by 3pm Thursday.  *

No vehicles on site during the operational hours of the fair *

Booth location will be assigned by the ADFF and will be included with setup instructions.  *

Setup will occur Wednesday Sept 6 after 5pm until 9pm and  Thursday Sept 7 between 11am and 4pm. *

We do the best to limit vendors who solely sell the same product line / style. We make it our mission to avoid as much overlap as possible, however there could be a slight similarity in a product offering.  *

When application is approved you will be sent a link to pay the deposit, which must be paid within 48 hours of receiving notification. Deposit is $200 per space and non-refundable after June 30 2023 *

A certificate naming ALBERNI DISTRICT FALL FAIR AND CITY OF PORT ALBERNI in the amount of no less than $2,000,000 for Commercial General Liability and Tenants Legal Liability must be emailed to albernifair@shaw.ca *

Final payment for booth space will be due August 18, 2023. Failure to pay remaining amount by the due date may result in a forfeiture of space. *
