There are high intensity jobs like pounding tyres, medium intensity jobs like shoveling earth and carrying buckets, and low intensity jobs such as making cob and bottle brick making - so there should be something for everyone.
I've got lots of aches and pains but can manage some physical work

Camping on-site helps to be part of the “community” that forms around the Earthship project. It is not essential, but it is highly recommended if you want to get the most out of the experience as there are often night-time and early morning activities such as presentations, movie nights, yoga etc.
