Eagle Pack Enrollment Form 2022-2023

Dear Families,
A  program has been brought to Frankton Community Schools called Eagle Packs.  This program is  
a community mission sponsored by the local churches and community members. Each bag will contain consumable food for the weekend (breakfast, lunch, and dinner items plus 2 snacks for each student).   This is an anonymous program so your child will not be identified to students as receiving the bags.
Please fill out the form below if you are interested in signing up your child(ren).  

Students will begin receiving bags on Friday, September 12th.
