2024 Camper/RV Space Request for the Fair
This request must be submitted by 11:59 PM on Thursday, May 23, 2024 to be considered for a Camper/RV parking space on the Fairgrounds.
 
Completion of this request is not a guarantee that a space is available. Camper/RV spaces will be assigned based on identified need, (ie: registered large livestock animals, supporting Fair operations, etc.) as well as Camper/RV size and availability. 

There is a very limited number of large Camper/RV spaces. The number of annual requests exceed our ability to provide Camper/RV spaces. It is important to indicate the number and type of animals that you plan to bring to the Fair on the application.

Notification from the Camper/RV Committee regarding space assignments will be completed by Monday, June 10, 2024

Pricing is based on the full run of the Fair. Do not send money until confirmation of space availability is confirmed from the Fair Office.

*Please know that the space at the bottom of the stairs might be minimal due to the unknown configuration of the bump outs in the space adjacent to yours.

Required
Arrival can occur no earlier than the Saturday preceding opening day of the Fair and trailers cannot be removed during Fair week without prior authorization from the Executive Director, Marty Svrcek 301-926-3100 ext. 205. If you violate this rule you will not be considered for a space for two (2) years. 

The Trolley can only be boarded at designated stops. Those who jump onto the tram while it in motion might be asked to leave the Fairgrounds with the potential future loss of their RV parking spot.  

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
*Removal is expected to occur within 9 days after the fair closes. 
*Payment is due when space number has been confirmed.
*Space assignments are subject to change.
***If you violate this rule you will not be considered for a space for two (2) years.
