This application only applies to vehicles that you wish to keep on site during the event (i.e., if it’ll be parked in the parking lot, you don’t need to fill out this form!)

Before submitting the application, make sure you’ve read through all of the vehicle policies on the website! If you have any questions related to the policies, please email dmv@transformus.com before submitting your application.

The deadline for this application is July 1st, so get your application in ASAP! Vehicles that have not been pre-registered will NOT be allowed to remain on site during the event.

A separate application must be completed for every vehicle (or mobile thing towed by a vehicle) that you would like to have on site during the event. Applications cannot be edited after submission, so make sure you have all of the info you’ll need prior to applying.
