Booster Club Fundraiser Approval Form
Please note, as per Board Policy 915 "Booster Organizations", the Booster Organization cannot restrict the participation of any student in the activities of the Booster Organization or the benefits of the Organization (i.e., banquets) if that student/family does not achieve a certain fundraising goal.  The only exception would be when a trip has been approved by the Director of Athletics or Building Principal and a fundraising goal has been set to defray costs.  Please see the Director of Athletics for any questions or concerns relating to this policy.  You will receive a confirmation email.
