We are thrilled you are interested in steward training!

Union stewardship is challenging. It will push you to grow, to develop new skills, and to learn to stand in your power and our collective power to create change. It is exceedingly rewarding when we are successful in improving our work lives for ourselves, our colleagues, and those who will come after us. Becoming a steward means commitment to be seen as a leader in your workplace and a commitment to the responsibilities that accompany a leadership role.
