Takada Clan Application Guidelines
OOC General Guidelines:
- Thoughtful Responses: Applications should exhibit effort and detail in each response to provide a comprehensive understanding of who you are.
- Minimum Age/Maturity Requirement: Applicants must be at least 14 years old or display a level of maturity akin to that of a 14-year-old.
- Commitment to Participation: Regular attendance at family meetings and active engagement within our Discord community is mandatory.
- Communication Etiquette: Spamming or incessantly messaging staff members about application status will result in denial.
Application Requirements:
- Discord Username: Ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided.
- In-Game Name (IGN): Use your official in-game handle for identification.
- Activity on the Server: Detail your level of involvement and activity within our community.
- Reasons for Joining: Elaborate on why you wish to become a member of the Takada Clan and what draws you to our family.
- Time Zone: Specify your time zone to facilitate coordination with our diverse members.
- Ban History: Disclose any prior bans or disciplinary actions taken against you on our server or others.
- Microphone Usage: Indicate your willingness and ability to communicate verbally using a microphone during family meetings or activities.
- Additional Information: Any other relevant details you feel would positively contribute to your application.

- Conflict Resolution: Disputes should be addressed through respectful communication; hostility or aggression will not be tolerated.
