Back2Back Ministries is an international Christian non-profit organization dedicated to providing holistic care for orphaned and vulnerable children. At times the need for a temporary staff position is identified to further this cause. Please DO NOT proceed with this application unless directed to do so by a Back2Back staff member in order to fill an identified need.

All temporary positions must have a defined, short-term duration. A temporary staff member wishing to transition into a permanent position must complete the standard application and process at that time. If the position is for a minor, additional paperwork will be required prior to employment.

Back2Back retains the option to end a temporary position at any time, with or without notice or cause. Under the terms of Back2Back benefits plan and policies, temporary positions are not eligible for company benefits, including paid time off (holiday, sick leave or vacation pay).
