參加者須知：
1. 導賞團約長1小時，以廣東話主講。費用全免。
2. 因導賞團需要長時間站立及步行，故較適合12歲或以上人士參加。
3. 參觀活動期間請聽從場地職員指示，避免進入非開放範圍，免生危險。
4. 所有參加者均須遵守「預防及控制疾病條例」(香港法例第599章)，場地職員一旦發現參加者未能遵守，將會取消其參觀資格並且不作出補團或特別安排。
5. 若3號或以上熱帶氣旋警告信號於參觀活動開始前3小時內仍然生效，當天的導賞活動將會自動取消。如黃色或以上暴雨警告信號生效，本辦事處會視乎天氣或場地實際情況決定繼續或暫停參觀活動。
6. 參加者不得藉參與導賞團作其他牟利或非牟利用途，例如街頭表演、戶外節目、商業攝影或錄影等。如被發現，場地職員有權拒絕其繼續參與活動。
7. 油麻地戲院保留更改或取消活動的權利。
8. 導賞團的內容並不反映康樂及文化事務署的意見。

報名須知：
1. 請填寫線上報名表格。
2. 每位申請者可與最多3位同行朋友參與導賞團。
3. 如報名人數超過每場人數上限，將根據報名優次安排。
4. 成功報名並獲分配導賞場次的參加者將會於導賞日前5個工作日內收到電郵及電話通知。未獲分配的申請者將自動落入候補名單。
5. 申請者如欲取消已預約之導賞團，必須最遲於參觀日期前2個工作日以電話 (2264 8306) 或電郵(ymtt@lcsd.gov.hk)形式通知本辦事處。
6. 為讓更多人士有機會參與導賞團，申請人不得重覆報名。一經發現，本署將會取消相關人士參觀的資格及不作另行通知。
7. 如申請者未有事先通知本辦事處而缺席導賞團，本辦事處有權拒絕相關人士日後參與油麻地戲院的活動。

Guidance Note for Participants
1. Guided Tour is free of charge, conducted in Cantonese and lasts for about 1 hour.
2. Participants may need to remain standing or walking during the tour, hence, suitable for aged 12 or above.
3. Please follow the instruction from venue staff and do not get into the restricted area.
4. Participants shall comply with the Prevention and Control of Disease Ordinance (Chapter 599 of the Laws of Hong Kong) for joining the tour. Participants will be refused to enter the venue if checking of non-compliance on site. No make-up tours will be arranged.
5. Guided Tour will be cancelled if Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.3 or above is in force within 3 hours before the scheduled start time.  If the Amber Rainstorm Warning Signal or above is in force, YMTT may cancel the guided tour depends on the weather condition.
6. Participants are not allowed to make use of the guided tours for other profit-making or non-profit-making purposes, such as street performances, outdoor shows, commercial photography and videography, etc. Venue staff has the rights to stop the person from participating the activities .
7. YMTT reserves the right to change and cancel the activities.
8. The contents of the guided tour do not represent the views of the Leisure and Cultural Services Department.

Application Guidance
1. Please fill in the online application form.
2. The maximum number of participants for each application is 4 (including the applicant)
3. If number of applicants and particpants exceed the maximum capacity of each tour, allocation will be arranged according to the registration order.
4. Successful applicant will receive email and telephone confirmation 5 days before the tour.  Unsuccessful applicants will be put on the waiting list.
5. To enable more participants to join the tours, YMTT will not process duplicate applications.  YMTT will cancel the visits of relevant individuals once identified of double registration.
6. Cancellation request shall be made by telephone (2264 8306) or email (ymtt@lcsd.gov.hk) at least 2 working days before the tour date.
7. If the applicant does not show up at the reserved session without any prior notice to YMTT, YMTT reserves the right to refuse the relevant individuals from participating any YMTT activity in the future.
