Over the past several years, Unified has been one of the most active and successful petitioners at the PTAB. Our success has been achieved with a small, but experienced in-house legal team working with dozens of different outside counsel. In this CLE, we will share our best practices and strategies for other in-house counsel, with limited time and resources, to efficiently manage PTAB proceedings and improve their success.
