New Reciprocal Borrowing Program participants should complete this form to be reviewed for the participation requirements.

To join or continue participation, Reciprocal Borrowing Program participants must:

Agree to the ACL Reciprocal Borrowing Program Policies and Procedures
Complete this form
Have at least one full individual ACL member at your institution
Have a physical library collection for authorized patrons to access
