This form is to begin the process of a federal background check to see if you qualify to purchase. We will NOT run a background check UNTIL AFTER we have received this form AND spoken to you. If you are interested in multiple firearms, please fill out one form for each firearm. (This information will not be used for anything other than the process of firearm purchase.)
